Evening all... Had hubby earning his keep just... 2 hours of heavy duty furniture shifting... Living room is now completely moved around and I have a huuuuuuuuuge pile of junk that came from behind the TV, an armchair and a shelf unit to sift through... I don't know how it all collects up!

On the not so plus side... We pulled the sofa out and discovered the radiator has some kind of slow leak... The carpet is all damp, the paint has peeled off the pipes and the copper has oxidised... My Mum's going to see if her husband will come and take a look but I won't be holding my breath for any time soon... We've popped the chair in front of it for now so Aimee doesn't go fiddling....
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

uh oh! do you think you'll need to replace the carpet? eek!
oh thanks for the heads up about biological nurturing yesterday! i like the sound of it and will try it out, that was basically how chris had his first feed in the labour room and the one and only time he didn't need any help to latch on.
I remember thinking thank god he did it! and then not being able to do it again :(

Its a new thing that's coming up more and more often, there's a few midwives who know bits and pieces about it but you can't guarantee it unfortunately... A lot of babies take to it better and I think Mum tends to be a lot more relaxed naturally rather than stressing everything is where is should be and nose is to nipple etc...

Not sure about the carpet, I think we might of got it early and somewhere hidden in the boiler cupboard is a carpet cleaner... If not its an insurance job... Shame about the £100 excess though!

Lou, can you believe hubby knows what flavour we are having, but i dont. he has known for 12 weeks now and thankfully hasn't let it slip

I take my hat off to your OH for not letting it slip, my OH would last about a day. :rotfl:

Are these genuine names that people have picked, or have they been mis-spelled by accident?? Hedi? Sumer? Beou? It just looks to me as if people have been unable to spell the name they liked!! Unless they are names wth a foreign origin (which a few of them may be, in which case I confess my ignorance), most of them just look ridiculous to me! No offence to anyone who likes them - each to their own!
