I'm soo tired, sitting reading todays posts with a cuppa soup whilst kids eat dinner. I stupidly offered to go back to work tonight (at school) to help with the Xmas play. Already seen it 2 times today, Yawn. Me and my big mouth.
Too many children, too little time!!!

The baby stuff is lovely, wait for the "jan" sale and your voucher will go much further but you really need to go to one of the biiig stores to get most benefit:cool:
I got some lovely mat jeans there last time but they tend to not have it out to make way for xmas stuff
Jan this year I got Chris 2 coats, a top/trousers/cuddley toy set all £5 each and an all in one snow suit thing for £7 :T
If you want a nice baby shawl the M&S ones are gorgeous!

    Thanks girls.

Thought about waiting for the sales to see what bubs stuff they have.

Did think of bras or knickers, but then was grossed out by the thought of work having paid for them

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Morning all :D

Quick update from me, the scan we booked went FAB and according to the lady everything looks good so far and there's a really strong heartbeat :T

She did say I'm not as far gone as I thought she says I'm a week out (she says I'm only 9 1/2 weeks, not 10 1/2) but I've worked back the dates on the date she's given me and there's no way that's when conception took place (TMI?) - I know it's a bit of a silly question but how long can the stuff hang around if you know what I mean :o

Either way looks good so far, but the irony is the morning after the scan I got a call from the normal hospital and they've managed to fit me in for my first scan and all my tests on the 6th Jan, so I'm going to wait to get the date from them and tell everyone in the new year. Or do you think I'm ok to start telling people now?

That makes you at teh same point as me! I am 10 weeks on Monday. Wow! Can;t believe I've just typed that! :T

My first NHs scan is on Jan 8.

We have told a few close people but are waiting till the scan to annouce it officially.

    Hmmm....not usually an M & S girl.

Boss has given me a voucher for Christmas (worked damn hard for it) and not sure what to spend it on. Do they do baby things?? Might have a look online

I love the M&S baby clothes! :D. They wash really well and I find the sizes are quite generous too so last that little bit longer ;).

Failing that, I would buy yummy food! :rotfl:.

    xx
