I am working 5 nights this week, but I have been very lax on the whole money saving front. That said I still paid some off, and I do have a little more to come.
Still apprehensive about my results, plan at the moment is to work as much as I can now before they come in, so that if I am resitting then I can slow down a little.Debt £5600 all 0%0 -

Ooh it's back on! Well I have decided to go back North for a few weeks, I'm working Glastonbury which is a good money spinner and I have the money from my trial to come but other than that I am not booked for work over the summer and rather than stay here and work my usual venue I am putting DD first and going to spend some quality time with her. It does mean that I will be paying out next to nothing in terms of rent and food, but it also means that I won't be earning like I had intended. (Also have DD's birthday coming up eek!)
In this time however I can get my tax return done, as I work it I think that they owe me, but they may disagree. I can also maybe look at scraping in a little cash from other places and selling stuff that I have lived all year quite happily without!Debt £5600 all 0%0 -
Well I managed to lose my phone tonight, and someone managed to steal it. It's mildly irritating but not the end of the world, the contract is up for renewal in 3 months anyway. I think I may use my time and my bartering skills to see what I can get in terms of a new contract.
I've booked a van for moving my stuff, I've seen a flat I like and I've booked the train (for when I finished moving my stuff) to get back home. Fingers crossed I pass my medic test tomorrow and I can start working as a medic in July.
What a strange day!Debt £5600 all 0%0 -
I passed my first medic course, and I think I am booked on a higher level medic course for July, it cost best part of £400 but then I am due to renew my door license this financial year, and that costs £250! At least I can do something I am a little more interested in and not spend the entire of winter with a cold. It will probably be similar hours to what I do now but at least I will have more time to sit down and look at my books!Debt £5600 all 0%0
