I am still waiting for items and have received a suit jacket but not the trousers which have gone amiss... seems to be lots of this going on...have never had an item go astray before now.

I have looked on ebay and there is a seller with 100's of Next ladies and childrens clothes several of each item....I can't believe that Next don't limit the amount per item you can order max of 2 per item per size as why would anyone order 5+ of the same thing same size? No wonder it sells out so quickly for the rest of us. Next could easily trace these people and in NO circumstances give them slots. I guess you can't control what people buy in store though. Can't believe people buy the stuff off ebay and pay full price plus postage......

I placed an order for about 10 items in the vip sale before christmas. And so far ive had 1 pair of jeans delivered. Ive rang them to ask twice now where the rest of my order is and they keep saying they dont know when they will be available. This is the worse service i have had from them with their sales. Ive never had this problem in any of the other vip sales.

Think i will skip the vip bit next time and just order of the normal one. It seems to arrive quicker.

I am getting one item a day at the moment, and only have 5 items o/s.

But one I really wanted, I'm wondering each day whether my final items will all come!

This has most definitely been the worst VIP sales slot for delivery over the past 4 years.

I phoned them up today as I'm still waiting for 3 items, jeans I was told were despatched today and the other t-shirt and jumper are on a delayed status, but she seemed to think they would definatly be delivered.

I ordered these as a VIP with a 1-2 week despatch i've never had to wait this long for an item to be delivered!

I'm still waiting for one item aswell, it possibly did have a 1-2 week delay on it when I ordered on a VIP slot, but it was the one thing I really really wanted that was still instock when I got online for my time.

It was the black and silver post/memo board thing if anyone else has ordered it and had it then please let me know!!!

That sounds sad that I wanted that one so much lol!!! but I'd seen them in the last 2 directories and wanted them, but could not really justify the cash. Thought I had done something very MSE by finding it half price in the sale, but now it doesn't look like it's coming

Me too. I had suit jacket(is it brown?) but not trousers and i have to send back soon. I usually have tonnes but have hardly had anything this year. I wonder why it is different.

Had some boots and a T shirt delivered yesterday....boots have gone back as I don't like them after all that waiting! Am now minus 7 items -not a major hassle if I don't get them as most of them were duplicates for size/style and I've already decided to keep what's already arrived.

I got more today too.. that i forgot i'd bought. Two red bags..i seem to have ordered lots of duplicate items.

If you ring up and explain they let you take the matching items back later than the 10 days as I have done this before.

Why on earth would you be shocked by the fact that people have full time jobs? Are they not allowed to order from catalogues?
