  • Received a coat I had ordered before the sale started that was awaiting stock. Has arrived at the sale price!! very happy:cool:
    oooooooh i luv a bargain :)
  • If you ring up and explain they let you take the matching items back later than the 10 days as I have done this before.

When I've been really busy I've taken 2 months to send back things and never had a problem (apart from my husband moaning ).

Obviously you will have to pay for the items but they will be credited back to your account

When I rang about late returns they said the time limit had been extended for the Christmas period. 28 days now.

i sent back an item over a month late... sent by courier... like their really gonna send it back!

came off my balance in 2 days :D
  • I popped into store to pick up one bag of sale items which had said they would be there when I placed my order. When I got there I actually had three sale bags and they said that another one would be in the delivery they will get tonight.
I'm not complaining, but 1)I didn't know some of it was there- no letter, email or call and they send it back if you don't pick it up don't they? 2)They had actually merged two orders, which I was surprised at. 3)Also I don't know what else there is to pick up from store. Might be worth people checking if they're waiting for store deliveries.

So are there a few of us still waiting for things? We still have about 7 or 8 things that we are waiting for. Does anyone know if we are still likely to get them? A couple of them are things we need, like new slippers for H and we are unlikely to get them he will go out and buy some from elsewhere.

I'm still waiting on 2 or 3 things.

A couple of things that have arrived recently haven't smelt new, iykwim, and been very creased. I'm wondering whether maybe I've been getting returns? And maybe that's why some stuff has taken so long to come?

I got a coat yesterday morning, it was a bit big some my mum was going to adjust it the buttons on the back of the coat and move them across so it was a bit tighter. When she came to do it she could see where adjustments had already been made on both sides, not impressed!

I'm still waiting.......and waiting........for at least 10 items, 1 of them was supposed to be with me within 5 days, the rest 1-2 weeks. All of them were ordered during my vip slot.

I phoned them this morning as I've still got about six items outstanding that are to be delivered to my house. I'm waiting for a jumper for my little girl that they've got in stock in another colour so I wanted to know whether to order it. At this rate by the time somethings turn up it won't be the weather to wear them any more.
Basically she said that she didn't know when they would be getting them but they haven't been cancelled yet. I asked what the 1-2 week delay had actually meant and she said that it was down to the manufacturer's stock. I went ahead and ordered the jumper because I don't think I'll be getting my stock- boots that I ordered have been returned (not in my size though) and put back on the website so I just think they took more orders than they had stock for.
  • This has reminded me that I never got the cream slipper socks I ordered.
