Next VIP Sale

I ordered 2 pairs of curtain hold backs and only received one pair so no use as they are now out of stock. I also was waiting on 6 cushions but received 2....half my items have still not arrived. Not great service.....

looks like you are experiencing the same as me, but its even worse when you order matching items and dont get all of them, i hope you get the cushions, items im waiting for are mainly for me, so wish id gone to the store sale, so much for vip tired of ringing them now so just gonna wait and see if the items turn up,:mad:

Well my jeans finally turned up this morning, my last item. I ordered a 12L but got a 12 in the Tall range so they are a little long in the leg! They're really nice though and worth waiting for - I just need to alter them slightly LOL.

I'm still waiting for half a dozen things,mainly shoes and boots. Not holding my breath now....

Im still waiting for loads of my stuff. It was the first time i ordered stuff in the VIP sale, didn't realise it would take so long for delivery. I think next time i will get up at 4am and stake out my nearest store lol

Don't worry, your shoes and boots may still be OK as I ordered a pair of shoes and they only arrived last week... I'm hoping that means that my boots are on the way cos I really need some

I've ordered a few times and I've never known it to be this bad. I'm still waiting on 1-2 week stuff. I must be a mug, because I've seen some new lines added (I think) and I've ordered them too. Even they say 2-4 weeks!

This is the first sale I haven't had a VIP slot and was initialy really disapointed but got my order through on boxing day that wasnt great but since then Ive been doing realy well, had 6 orders when the site has updated with returns etc and all the items have came really quickly, the only thing I really wanted and didnt get was some matching sets for my little one but all in all can't complain, service has been great!
