I'm still waiting for 2 pairs of boots, a bath mat, 2 coats, a smock top, a duvet set and an ipod dock, possible more, but i can't remember what.

i got some nike trainers on tuesday that i'd been waiting weeks for, well they were meant to be nike trainers but they were mens ben sherman shoes :S

i also had another 3 items yesterday, all sale items.

Yes I received a gloves set yesterday... definitely still waiting for boots (they'll be really useful in the summer :rolleyes: )

Is it just me or are they messing a lot of the orders up...I ordered a babies sleeping bag 6-12, received a sleeping bag 0-6 very well worn, stained and grubby. Ordered a cot mobile - received some gold charger plates and coasters!!! Ordered a baby girls suit to which the trousers were missing. Ordered 2 pictures for my sons wall, received a box of wine glasses....i've had pillowcases missing from duvet sets, and that's not all of them Good job it's free to return....

BTW i have a free next day delivery code if anyone wants it...

Just had a delivery at lunchtime. The very last item I had missing from my VIP order of 22nd Dec. They sent me an email on Monday night to say it was on its way. Very pleased with it - a chandelier which was reduced from £100 to £50! :j

Well worth giving them a ring. They may be able to tell you whether or not you're likely to get them.

Still waiting on my Love from Australia boots which were on a 1-2 week delivery when I placed my order on 22 December - don't think I've any chance of receiving them now. Also won't be receiving my new kitchen bin as it never arrived - although I was charged for it!!! Did explain to the nice Next CS rep that I think I would've noticed if I'd received a big 30 litre bin in the parcel it was meant to arrive in :rotfl: Also waiting on a hat and handbag but don't expect to get them either. Do I have any regrets about ordering from the directory and NOT going to the store sale? Absolutely not. I think I've finally broken the cycle of Next shopping :j

I received a couple of items today but I'm still waiting on 4 items to arrive and I had a 5pm vip slot.
Also had to ring them today to complain about the Cat. boots I bought for my son.He's only worn them for 2 weeks and the sole has started to come off!! Not happy at all ,thought they were meant to be a quality brand,the same thing has happened to another childs Cat.boots at his school,they got them in the Next sale too.Has anyone else had the same problem??
Next are collecting them on Friday and I'm getting a refund.
