I think it was a reference to the fact that this sort of thread involves lots of new users who feel compelled to sign up to MSE just to say that they love X site. They then hasten to assure us that they have nothing to do with the site, but meanwhile most of the savvy users on MSE have already decided that we don't need to be involved with any site that needs to spam.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
