I wonder if Woolies will move excess stock from recently closed stores to the ones that are still left open?0

i cant decide whether to go to my local branch which is closing today, or go to bed just done 1st 12 hr night shift and have another one tonight! aarrrgggghhh decisions, rthe sensible option would be to go to bed, but it'll be in my head all day if i dont go!0

same here. been up all night but contemplating getting the bus to scarborough where it closes on the 2nd jan. Or i could do a shorter trip to selby but that one doesn't close til the 5th. Today is the only time I'll get a chance to go and i have a free bus pass so don't mind the travel.0

Ours closes in 3 days and some of the stuff was still dearer than I can buy online including post and packing.
All th egames and DVDs remaining have had their original prices put up to full RRP so that the 50% off brings it down to about the same price as Play.com.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Called into Shipley branch yesterday and they've done the same there. Many of the CDs had hand written stickers on with the full RRP (most chart albums £15  ) so it wasn't worth buying anything. All they seem to have left is one type of Bratz doll, trampolines, Christmas cards, childrens jeans and plain white dinner sets. Does anyone know if the Bradford Big W is any better?0 -

I am sad for the loss of so many jobs, but also give a two-fingered salute to this shambles of a business.0 -
It seems that most branches have put new stickers on thier games at full RRP then giving 50% discount, but these games are still cheaper on play.com & several other websites. You can't be lost if you don't know where you're going.0
