Afternoon...
I had a lovely long list ready to post this morning and then one of the IT techy people came and closed all my windows down without me saving it. Very rude.
Today I have and will:- Interweb banked.
- Checked for surveys.
- Charged phone at work.
- Had breakfast at home with Bill and Sian, storecupboard dinner while reading MSE and will have storecupboard tea (probably soup) while watching America's Next Top Model from the other night. Rock and roll eh?
- Printed off hotel confirmations at work ready for the weekend.
- Have a LSD if not a NSD. Going to look round Costco tonight though so this might be in jeopardy.
- Erm... more stuff and things and that while being all sparkly.
Oh, by the way, I've had to start a thread about my debt. It isn't a diary... but I'd appreciate your pearls of wisdom.

Am more emotionally ill than physically, plus doing my list is a comfort too me:rotfl:
Am chuffed though, as have just found out how to put foil behind my radiators, other half wasn't keen as he thought other people would be able to see it, but i have seen the video and they won't. So this weekend i will be buying some foil and sticking to cardboard that we have in excess, rather than buying the all purpoe stuff, more mse. Then fitting it behind my radiators, if it makes a difference and can bring down the heating bill then its well worth it.
Ooh, just heard back from eon, i sent them an email regarding their site as it wasn't working properly. They have emailed to apologise and told me that a 100tipss book for savings on elec and gas is on its way to me!! Think i shall complain more often.
andan I'm sorry to hear to hear you're feeling down, I do hope you feel better soon. Piq xx
I've not heard about the foil and radiators combo, must look into it, my house is always cold!Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Haven't managed a whole lot of money saving today, but there have been moments!

Took in some delicious homemade lasagne for lunch (delicious and cheap!)
made breakfast before leaving the house so I only spent 39p on a bagel as a 'top up'
Broke a tenner at the supermarket only to be given 4 £2 coins in my change. Unfortunately for me, that means they go in the sealed jar, as I'm now an unofficial member of the £2 coins club! Ah well, £8.22 for the jar is a nice total for the day!
Cancelled my application for a joint savings account with the gf (we're going to use existing accounts instead) - this gave me back £50, which I gave her towards household costs. Quite pleased about this, as it means I've got my debt to her from £110 to £25 in the space of a fortnight!0 -

A little spontaneous immaturity is probably very good for you, it might be called fun!
and everyone deserves some fun
