Candy and Mrsaudus2b..hope you feel better soon!
Feeling bit fed up today - getting annoyed with little ones nursery. Long story, he see's a speech therapist as he's behind and this fact seems to make the staff at the nursery think they can "label" him as not advanced. He's NOT stupid (far from it), just can't vocalise as well as the other kids. And he's very shy which he can't help!! GGrr:mad: Will be having a conversation with them later about it!
Anyway...back to business (rant over !!;) )
Here's my efforts for today:
* Extra day done ay Sister-In-laws....will pay for all family christmas cards and last minute stuff for crimbo!

Have filed someone financial papers before even coming to work today so some early morning moneysaving!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -
Morning/afternoon all!
Much better weather here oop north - freezing cold and sunny - better than the rain!
Today I have / will....- Brought lunch to work - yummy lentil soup I made (yes MADE!) last night
- Phone Axa to ask how much a policy is worth - done = approx £7000!!! Not sure whether to leave it in until it matures or to cash it in and put it in a nice "safe" bank account somewhere as its linked to the stock market - not very good at the mo I think?
- Post on the savings board to see what the experts think of the above
- Make chilli bean soup stuff for tea to use up the fresh veg ( can have this for lunches towards the end of the week too)
- Do work expenses
- Check banks etc - a few days before pay day so getting scarier!
- Try to find out how much my Xmas bonus will be - I think after tax its about £450 but I always get it wrong when I work it out!
- Buy OHs Xmas pressie - going to Richer Sounds after work to part with a giant wodge of cash but its least its something he wants and will use - have the money stashed in a little online bank so won't be too bad I suppose
- Walk dog for free exercise - I actually enjoy it in this weather!
- Do a bit more on the Xmas food shopping list - will try to cull some of the unnecessary items
- Load of washing of OHs smelly gym and football kits
- Do a face mask when footie's on tonight - free from a supplier Dad knows!
Have a good one!January grocery spending - £82.73/ £1200 -

Hi guys, hope those who are ill get well soon. I fit into that category today, as didn't go into work today, was feeling heady, very tired and queazy. Also this counselling course brings up a lot of stuff so have decided to shut the world out today, no work and no counselling course!! Figure its important to take care of me today.
So dfw things for today:
-Slept in bed till 12pm, so at least i wasn't using more electricity
-Saved on petrol by not driving to work and then college, which is a 60mile round trip
-Had a phone call from someone offering me a massage promotion evening on new years eve, its a free party so i can eat and drink what i want, plus i get paid for giving mini treatments to people and get to promote my own business by having leaflets etc available.
-Have checked for mystery shops but no luck
-I will update spreadsheet and challenges
-will investigate thread re cutting down on gas and elec
-make meals from storecupboard
-sort through business emails and website optimisation
-Do some work on my website
-Go on business site for advice
-Type up nvq letters
-Write counselling journal
-Email a friend
-Text a friend who is requesting two massage treatments next week
-Post ebay sale
-Sort out and package up last present to send out
-Wrap up friends christmas presents
-Write christmas cards
-Sort out which ones need posting and use old christmas stamps so they finally get used up
-Sort through emails
-Do some surveys
-Check online banking
-Move money around and place a matched bet
-Tidy bedroom
-Work on stuff for work's langauge group including looking around the house for things that may come in handy!!
