 Could not be removed
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{EC43E3FD-5C60-4BAB-97D7-E0685DBDDBC4}. There seems to be a Trojan but it states that no action to be taken.

Oh boy - that appears to be some serious infection you have there. The vast majority of files do not google which is good and bad, although I would suggest that they are bad.
I need to look at something, I will get back to you asap0

Hello reluctant spender am on for a while todya but will definitely be on all evening. Any luck in finding out what his trouble is? I don't even know how it got in. I'm usually careful about what emails I open. Could it get in any other way?0

Viruses, trojans and malware can get in by ~
Downloading, going onto a dodgy page (Most likely), emails, inserting an infected disc or suchlike, Downloading online software to see certain types of videos (usually the kids do this one):idea:0

You can be as safe as you like but STILL end up with the odd nasty. Its the nature of computing
Id recommend using FIREFOX with the NOSCRIPT plugin to prevent scripts from injecting nasties onto your computer (webpage based viruses)
 http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/
 https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/722
You may aslo need the FLASH plugins etc depending on what you use your computer for ~
 https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7
To use NOSCRIPT. Basically it blocks the page from running scripts (So most webpages dont work). So you systemattically unlock them (It remembers so only need to do it once). This will prevent the vast majority of webpage based viruses
As for emails. Just be vigilant in what you open. I personally use AVAST for my normal blueyonder email (Dont really use it anymore though)
And GOOGLEMAIL for my main online mail (Which is virus checked by google themselves):idea:0
