I'll try this Combo.Fix. Reluctant spender has been helping me so much and AliEnRIK so I hope I don't have to keep asking for your time much longer.

The entry starting with O2 - do I delete it?
If I close the Internet will the Hijack still work?
Do I then turn on the Internet again and follow part 2?

You don't need to close your Internet for any of the steps. You just need to follow the instructions as they are presented.

This will sound stupid to you SanqibQ but how do I disable the Antivirus and Antispyware? Where is the system tray icons at? I am totally dense at this stuff.

Don't worry! Doing all the steps may be daunting, that's why we try and make the steps as simple and clear as possible. And I rather you ask questions instead of making mistakes.:)

OK, there are instructions for disabling your protection programs at this link. If you don't see your program(s) there, let me know.

The system tray is the area by your clock - bottom right-hand corner!. In that area, you will see all your programs.

Don't worry about Malwarebytes. Now disable Windows Defender and then run ComboFix according to the instructions.

I've got Superantispyware here,also malwarbytes, AVG -free_stf_en_8and RSIT.
I have stopped PCTOOLS also.
