Thanks do much. I still get that odd line stating that I have Bad Image on my desk top. I ran another malware and it's stating a Trojan is still in system. I'll close quickly this time and see how it goes. I'll let you know.

Run MALWAREBYTES on a FULL scan (As opposed to a quick one)

Download CCLEANER
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
and run the top scan (Cleans temp files etc, which is where some trojans hide)

Then run a full scan with AVAST

I think all has nearly cleared up but now I get the same message cropping up from when I try to open the computer. It seems to state that any programme that tries to open is of a Bad Image See 11.58pm post - the bottom has the standard line just with a different heading in the blue title box at the top of the box.

Would appreciate some help clearing that up.

The rest is fantastic - some genius people out there who have a great heart helping us idiots out. Many thanks again.

Just logged on and it took ages. A Small rectangle like a pop up kept coming up from when I turned it on e.g. services.exe - Bad Image and the title in the blue section changed - related to the desktop items most of it but that kugatugi was in the main txt. It seems to be causing my problems but am completely lost now. What should i do please help!!!
