    daily update

Still rebuilding the spreadsheet, now have a box for fuel and groceries to track them, just need to recreate the snowball stuff to keep me on track.

Good news: my credit card debt is down another 204.99 today, it's now 21,122.19! The A&L total is yet to be added in, it's not due until the 9th of the month. I've paid a fair bit extra off it this month, so it's quite exciting!

Piq - you doing so well with that CC - that's alot you have paid off already:D
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:

I am quite proud Fay, it's not easy, as you know finding money from nowhere!

Sadly, I've grown quite addicted to no spend days! I've stuck to my meal plan and made all my treats and so far, fingers crossed, haven't felt the need to buy chocolate :T This gives me the extra to throw at the card, plus, my temporary lodger's rent is helping - hurrah:T

  • Yeah Thats great isnt it - I am again half way into my OD - I only got my phd stipend today - and was feeling a bit dispondent

BUT - remembered hey you know what - in Jan I bought a dyson - and done various things, paid for various school trips etc and piano lessons etc etc etc

AND - not had desposit or money from DLgirlie yet - so will have cleared my OD again when she deposits it into the bank - anyday now - which I can use to stick into my loan or my horrible cc.

Desperately thinking of name for diary and I know you are kind and said it will be funny and stuff but not sure it will be!!

It will be great and it will help keep the motivation going 'cos you can check back on things and see how far you've come. You've just looked back and seen what you've achieved since January, imagine how great it would feel if you could look back 12 months!

You have a great and quirky style of writing, people will love it. Good lord girl, look how many pop in here for completely inane chatter and boring monologues about a horse.....

I know what you mean - when I look back to my SOA last year - my word what a difference. I now have an eyeball out of the sand (not a whole head)...............ta for the writing comment sometimes I truely believe I am living in a comedy of errors.

    Many bank ones................:)

  • I like to think no matter what - I look on the bright side - or behind a dyke, or under a rock - or over my shoulder - or somewhere with normally no logic - and somehow things all work out.
    Well sometimes.
