Sorry folks, life's just mad at the moment. I don't seem to have enough time to do anything much. Work is taking over  so much to do, and yet, a few months ago we were up for redundancy..... Doesn't make sense at all

I paid off the remainder of the card!!! There'll probably be a small amount of interest to pay next month - But, the card is cleared....on to the next one - Nat West here we come.....

Well done Piq! What an achievement
Will you be sending the cut up card bits to them with a nice letter? Or just forgetting them and having a small celebration - MSE of course!

I've treated myself to a pair of Fitflops! They are supposed to tone your legs, bum and tum whilst you walk - right.....'spect I've been got by the advertising:rolleyes:

I think we should have a virtual party, Italian sparkling wine for me please

I've still a long way to go, the Natwest card stands at £3802.00 @ 18.9%. A little better than the 34.9% I've just paid off! Haven't worked out a date for clearing it yet. Just pleased to have got the A&L (MBNA) one out of the way.

I think I'll keep it for a while. I won't be tempted to use it, I don't think I'll ever just use a credit card again. You never know, they may and try and tempt me back with a year's 0%.....
