    I think I must be a closet spendaholic, once I start I can't stop! The plus point is....I haven't added to the debt, but I've frittered payments that could have gone against the debts....:o I'm not going to beat myself up about it, just crawl back and try harder :rolleyes:

    Oh, I've lost a total of 7lbs! I'm now looking to lose another 7!

    Piq - definitely see that as a plus point - going back a while you'd have added to the debt as well wouldn't you, so you're still on track. Why not set yourself a target to pay of a specific amount then set a reward or treat once you've done it? Might be a good focus and you can then have the treat without feeling twinges of guilt?
