I've received my cheque for PPI mis-selling, I'm going to pay it into the bank at lunchtime. It should clear by next Friday meaning I may get to pay it all to MBNA in this statement month rather than next. It takes about 4 days to leave my account and land in the credit card account, so about 2 weeks until it lands. Statement date is the 9th, so I'll wait and see.

Actually won two lots of £5 on the scratch cards :T There's about £35 sitting there, must withdraw it and put it towards the next credit card :rolleyes:

Other than that, I will do my meal plans for the week and shopping list. I've learnt the hard way that the shopping bill doubles unless I do the plan - sigh.....

Also had to cancel yet another holiday because of work - and they wanted to shut the department down.....:rolleyes:

today its my fault that someone rang in sick YESTERDAY , for a completely different department to me, and that no one got cover for today ,
(I was off yesterday so of course I knew all about it didnt I):mad:
Its my fault that two people didnt read the paperwork properly yesterday and so they need to redo some stuff today .:mad:

Oh ..........and you might as well all blame me now for the forum going down tomorrow.

I've been allowed the weekend off, and what a glorious one it has been. It has in actual fact, just started raining, but the sun has shone on and on - wonderful....

Needless to say, I have spent the weekend with the Captain, he has had a bath and been to the pub, three times! Unfortunately, he swiped a red Bacardi Breezer off a tray and is now stained a delicate shade of pink :rolleyes: He did manage to drink a good part of it before I got it off him....
