is this the article?

can't see how you could get confused....!
nice n cosy but not very night out dressy really....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Afternoon, I'm flipping freezing and I've put the heating on. Think I need to go and park myself on a radiator.

Any updates from Black Haired Bunny yet :rotfl:
Sammy, well done on surviving the exams, did you decide to postpone one in the end, I know you mentioned it?Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
No I didn't postpone in the end....the minute I gave myself a break I kind of felt better about it.....
However, that is not to say between now and the june exams I HAVE to get some kind of perspective and a better revision technique AND some therapy on how to deal with exams...I honestly have nearly given myself a nervous breakdown about the exams, and its not really about the content its more about my mental attitude.
Its almost like I think I will fail, so I almost do everything in my power to make myself fail...self full filling prophecy and all that....its taken me years to figure out that I do it to myself...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I am a bit too, actually! Funny about baths I mean. I HAVE to get out the second I have finished shaving my legs and shower off afterwards, also if I use anything grainy, like exfoliating gel, I can't bear it. I like my baths clean and for relaxing in, but a lovely warm baby can be a nice addition
Top tip for exfoliating...
Stand naked (but dry) in the bath or shower
Use the exfoliating gel/scrub whatever it is on DRY skin, working it in with your fingers to massage it all over.
Shower the stuff off well..
and THEN have your relaxing soak with your lovely oils and such.
You will have already shed the dead skin during the exfoliation and your skin will soak up all the lovely moisturising bath oil/bubbles that you add to the bath.
You will notice if you use this method
1, Feels like a proper spa treatment
2, skin is left unbelievably soft
3, your scrub lasts a lot longer so it's MSE proof too!
Try it and let me know what you think!

Well done Sammy, as you say, once you allow yourself the 'opt out' you remove all the pressure.
I do think thread like this are great for letting all vent and clear our heads, sometimes real life people are too close to help us out.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
Afternoon everyone (as Bess slides back onto the MSE forum after a gap of far too long!), how are we all?
Not been about for what seems an age! Now though I have new job back near to where I live (rather than 30 miles away) and it is affording me time to be back here! Have lost my way somewhat on DFW trail - I had hoped things would have improved during my absence, but alas not! Still, have done the best I can Xmas-wise, so I'm hopeful of a good festive season, without too much trauma in January!
Nice to see you all again - and some new faces too! QBxOfficial DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts

Good grief! Just looked at my sig and seen the last time I was here! Alas very sad to report that in exactly 2 months of trying to lose weight, I have managed the princely total of another 1.5lb! Oh dear - maybe next year!Official DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts
