    I have been independant for like ten years not always thru choice so when i see a man with a wallet im shocked... i didnt think they often owned one! l ol

    just been for a 45 min walk round the estate at work. Remind me never to go walking with a professional runner until I am a little fitter LOL

    On the other hand, just finishing my soup. Man, I make a great bowl of soup LOL
