    it is i will let you know how it goes on day three just now

    well i am up my shoulder is sore again worse than yesterday but better than it has been ...i think i will swap bed sides with hubby tongiht and see if that makes any difference..

    done my scratches just about to transfer money so its so far so good ...have a business meeting today so wont be around much ...

    i got them cheap only reason i bought them ...well swapping sides didnt help but i do feel better maybe i am getting better...

    but i dont know if i am hoping or not but i do also feel a bit more happier ...i have used the s.a.d light for 4 days now and i feel that i am not craving as much rubbish ...went to the pics last night and i couldnt eat any chocolate ...i dont particularly enjoy it but recently have been eating plenty of it ...will keep on noting things though

    i can understand your concern lol ...i eat it of that there is no doubt ...but out of say 20 bars that i eat i only enjoy 1 if that:eek: ...i know it seems strange almost not a female thing to do but i actually do like healthy things to eat:eek: :eek: ...

    well i have lifted £12 from my scratch cards so that will be going to the overdraft account ...small steps will get me there eventually...

    well so far today i have got up yay ....i have done my online banking paid £100 off of the amex £26 of which is interest.....but hey £74 is a good start will go and update sig in a min....did my scratch cards and now i am off out to the bank to get them to write a cheaque for me for £30 for the G.H.R (general hypnotherapy register) and get that poste away ...other than that i have uni work to do ...did a tiny bit last night and will do some more today for tomorrow...put my xmas tree up last night it really is a lovely tree ...this year hubby wanted to add feathers to it:eek: the older he gets the worse he gets...oh and i slept well last night:D what a difference

    Hey Elantan, just subscribed to your diary, wow that's some list of aims for 2009. You've inspired me to make my own up but it's so much shorter, mainly because the two things I know will be potentially major in my life next year I either can't control (OH moving to England) or don't really want to do (doing a second Masters course to make work happy!). Very impressed at you setting up your own business, would love to set up on my own someday.
