I like sort of pinky steak but not even rare but I don't think any of the venison I've had has been that rare, or maybe it's all that candlelight in restaurants... no idea what it looked like but it tasted fab! haven't eaten tofu for years but used to like it marinated and stir fried - yum.

*makes mental note not to order steak when dining with El & Skinty* I like my steak cooked just enough so the blood starts to run, a teensy bit more than blue.

Hope the shoulder is improving El and that the lamp is working.
