a friend that has done the same course as me has suggested i take a friend into the meeting with me to guard against bullying so i am thinking i will send am email asking if they think one will be needed for me ....mmmm ...or maybe i should just turn up with one lol

I'd personally go with somebody independant but obviously it's up to you.

well i was at uni on monday went to japanese class on monday night and became ill...so didnt make tuesday wont make tomorrow either (have a meeting) ...i have to say apaprt from being ill ihave enjoyed the time to myself ....i know i couldnt be like this all the time i would go nuts ...but sometimes it is nice to take the time to yourself...between uni and friends needing help i have been spreading myself very thin lately...i have noticed that when i get to (have had too much stage) i need to shut down and take time for me ...i always feel the benefit of it ....i tend to have people asking if i am depressed however ...why is that? i just want to take time to me ...ok so i spend it in bed sleeping and reading not answering the phone not doing anything i dont want to ...and some people assume i am depressed ...i dont feel down ...in fact i feel more able to deal with things than i did say a week ago ...ahh well never mind

right money wise i have to give hubby £150 from my £180 wages tomorrow to pay for his new toy ...now i dont mind but the money was earmarked for the visa ...

oh and i have another debt ...i am starting to think that if the u.k comes out of this recession any faster than it is meant to it will all be down to the elantan household...mother in law phoned the other day and informed us of land f leather closing down ...she saw a great suite which we might like ...so i went and had a look and i have to say i didnt like it ...but i did see one that would be perfect ...it cost £1200 ...mother in law paid for it ...saying that we can pay her back in our own time ...it's not like she was getting much interest from the bank (her words not mine) ...so debt has went up £1200 i have to say i do like my suite ...the one that it replaces was a second hand one which was recked when we got it ...i now have somewhere nice to sit in my living room ...shame i cant afford to re decorate that ...ive been here nearly 8 years and never decorated my living room...

Hello! I know EXACTLY what you mean about "me time".....friends, family etc are all lovely, but sometimes a few days to ourselves would be just what the doctor ordered!

If only it actually happened once or twice!

i do try to have what i call selfish days occasionally it saves me from having to have a shut down ...i think this time for me though i went to long without having a selfish day so i had a shut down ...feel alot better for it ...and am going to have to distance myself from a few people for a while ...i have a friend in the middle of a severe melt down i have been helping her as much as i can for the last wee while...but i cant do it anymore...otherwise i might land up joining her ...think i will have to take a step back and just be there for her when she reaches the bottom...try to put some pieces back together and see what is left ....i feel rotten about it but it really is more than i am able to stand just now ...i have so many other things going on just now that i cant devote the right time to her...

having to leave her does kinda bother me in a way ...i am used to being the one that all my friends turn to in times of need ...i'm the one that gives possible outcomes and drives situations on ...i let them wallow for a short time give them support and comfort then i come up with possible solutions get them to pick one and drive it on ...never ever expecting the solutions to be what's right ...just to get them moving again ...then when they are able i gladly hand the reins back and let them get on with it and stand at the side supporting ...

that makes me sound harsh and controlling ...i'm honestly not ...infact i would rather it wasnt me but some how it seems to be me they turn to...
