    Hi ISOM...won't be taking anything else for stop smoking especially anything with nicotine in as I don't have any nicotine in my body now so it seems a bit pointless having nicotine now.It's got to be down to willpower now I'm afraid.
    Feeling a bit better ...tummy feeling better and headache easing.I slept a few hours this afternoon as well.Hope I'm fit for work as it should be busy this weekend as grand national and usually CIU conference.The kids are on holiday now so that's good.
