Well done on the not smoking :j When I gave up, I definitely went onto food big time and so my weight piled on. In hindsight, I should have chosen healthy things to nibble on when I needed to do things with my hands - unfortunately, I chose sweets and nibbles!

Glad the dogs are feeling bettter. One of mine seems to be getting dafter and dafter - I am sure she is going a bit senile - hey ho, the joys of old age comes to us all eventually!

Thanks all...well been to work and tired now(as usual)....so nothing happening here(as usual)....Both dogs seem to be getting better so that's good and that's about it from me.

watched secret millionaire last night and it was set in Blackpool, but not the Blackpool i remember. Was that truely an accurate reflection of how things are now?

No idea LT as I didn't see it....depends on what areas they were showing.
Not too bad today at work but am now really tired...

Lemontree saw that as well, nice to see the illuninations, but the rough areas, remember last series they did one on Rhyl its about 70 miles from us, but the nearest day trip.... think they focus on the bad areas, as its really what we dont see. Thou the trouble is its society now, whereever u are theres bad areas x

i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't just focus on the worst areas, make the show look even more effective i guess.
