Taxis Final Push!!!!

Got up at 1.30am this morning..so went to work at 4am until 1pm and had quite a good take.DH has done ok over the weekend too.
With the accident DH had just before he went on holiday we lost friday and saturday take for that week and with me not getting to work either me losing what would be a rubbish take but at least a fair amount over the week..we weren't on target for all the bills tomorrow and were about to go nearly £700 into the O/D....think we will have most of it by tomorrow so that's good.
I am trying my best to stay out of the O/D but will probably be in and out of it slightly over the next month while we get back on our feet.
Hope everyone is ok.Nothing else happening here.

sorry to hear you were going to be short for the bills, but as you say hopefully you'll have it sorted tomorrow. If you put your mind to it then we on here know that you will achieve it.
I've still not done a stick of work, i'm sat freezing in the living room, surrounded by washing and missing OH who's at work all day today. I really should do something and move but can't decide just what to do.

Hi LT..how about putting a load in the washer first?...Do you not have any heating?..if you haven't getting up and doing some housework will keep you warm.
In days gone by I could put my mind to it and earn the money.In this recession it's hard waiting for customers.

hi, the washing is done it's just on airers. I have storage heaters aka ice boxes so have finally turned on the storage heaters, i'm doing housework during the breaks though

Hiya taxi...grr re sleep - or lack of! Woke at 6am and couldnt get back to sleep which most nnoying as knew I had a busy day...sure you'll sort o/d/overspend etc v, quickly knowing you!! Has oh heard whether woman re the accident is suing? no doubt the snow will help with taxis?!!

Lenny nice to see you..hope everything is ok with you.Your debt totals are looking good.
ISOM...don't you be starting with not sleeping..lol....We haven't heard anything from the other woman at all and are awaiting to see whether he has to do this driving course.
Mizmir....hi back...will go and catch up with what you've been up to.Can't see me getting a proper sleep tonight as fell asleep when dancing on ice started and woke up just before 12....will try and get some sleep again in a bit.
If it snows and is sticking neither me or DH normally drives..because there are so many bad drivers on the road and it's not worth the hassle of a accident for a few quid job...so I hope it doesn't snow here.
Just done online banking and am nearly £700 0/d as my bills have gone out.When I've banked today should be down by a fair few hundreds won't know exact amount until DH comes in and does his money.
Think it will be a case of chasing my tail this month while I get back into work.
Done my scratchies and got 10p on each.That's it for now.

Hi all....hope you're all alright especially with the bad weather if you have it.The weather has been fine here and quite nice really.We've had a couple of snowflakes and that's it.
Didn't end up at work (again) as woke at 12ish last night and couldn't get to sleep again until about 3.30ish...and then of course got up really late.
Did a lightspeed survey today so was able to send £15 to my paypal....did the banking and am now only £30 odd in 0/D..so am quite pleased with that.
