Morning GTD - it will get done - honest!
Just watching the BBC's review of the Olympics - inspiring stuff and very emotional too, and I wasn't even there!!! the very least I should do is to get my trainers on and jog round the block!!
So.....I will finish my coffee, and then get ready to run - before most lazy souls are even up.......:D that will make up for my "less than active" day yesterday!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Morning Hypno,
Happy running and good luck with your audit, something that I'll be doing myself once we get through the Christmas period and DH is back at work.

Morning!
Just found this on the 'Payment a Day' thread:
"If anyone has a child born between 1986 - 2003 apparently there's a children's tax credit you can apply for. Have a quick read of this and see what you think ....
http://www.madaboutbargains.co.uk/yo.../Your_Tips.htm
Seems to be genuine - if so, hope it helps! (if it's rubbish - really sorry, just let me know and I'll delete off your thread).
Oh - and apparently you have to apply before end of Jan 2009.
Have a good dayDebt at lightbulb moment: £44,220. Paid off to date: £27,634 (62%) :j

scaredandindebt - yes it is a genuine thing - so anyone who might qualify.....get on the phone!
I found out about it (thanks to Seaxwyn I seem to recall!) a year or so ago, but I was too efficient in doing my tax returns back in 2002 or whenever it was, and had already claimed it! A few people on MSE got a nice backpay amount from it.
So, anyone reading that has not claimed it - give them a call if you think you qualify -the worst they can say is "no"!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
How do you know if you qualify or not? I have no idea if we claimed it at the time or not?0
-
just ring them up KM and ask them - they will soon tell you if you do or not. I rang up, but was told I had previously claimed it! There was obviously a point in my life when I had been organised :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes.
