Sorry to read that you have a cold KC, mine has lingered for too long now, and although the cold itself seems to have almost gone, I still have the lack of energy, and the incredible tiredness! But, that will reduce and I will be back to full strength soon, I am sure. I am hoping to get running again at some point this week - not too far, but I need to make a start again.

Oh the running, of course! Part of mine is my body telling me I need a rest, and part of it is saying, stop spending so long on that bl**dy computer and get out in the fresh air and *do* something! Mixed messages or what, but I'm sure I need both - a rest *and* exercise

that sounds about right! What I really need, of course, is complete rest on a tropical island, then to come back to a tidy house, that has been done in my absence, fully recharged so I can throw myself into work, running, debtbusting, family stuff quite easily!

Thats it! Rest on a tropical island while my house is renovated, decorated and cleaned. Why didn't I put it that way in the first place??

OK, it is almost 10am, so about time I got dressed and did something other than laptop based stuff (although at least this morning I have dony some work-type MSE stuff).

So, 5 more mins and I will get dressed, make another cup of coffee, and get started :eek:

Yes, the duster has made an appearance.........and the ironing board has just been set up! I am bringing 10 things at a time out of the ironing mountain - otherwise it will just all get shifted in here, and then shifted back out again at the end of the day when it has all just proven to be too daunting! Yet 10 things, I can deal with......can't I.......surely :rotfl:
