I have no idea what I did to get involved with a subscription, but I am so far £9.95 x 2, plus the same is going to come out for december but the credit cards company will kindly pay that.

I would also suggest you check the statement of the card / bank account you pay them.

Have done Kaz, nothing has ever come out (and I notice when 1p extra is taken, I check everything virtually daily) not that there is ever any money on my cards...

I have just been reading the thread you mentioned - have you been on the website there? Here are the contact details from their T&C's - hope this will help you...

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, CALL OUR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME REPRESENTATIVES AT 0845 672 2002 OR WRITE TO VISTAPRINT REWARDS PO BOX 587 EDGWARE HA8 4DX

    This was also on there:
ANY ENROLMENT TO THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME IS ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
    5. MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Unless a Member notifies us he/she wishes to terminate this Agreement (i.e. cancelling Membership) by following the instructions in paragraph 6, that Member’s Membership will be renewed automatically and that Member will be charged the then-current Membership Fee, which will appear on that Member’s monthly billing statement.

    6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND RIGHTS TO CANCEL

6.1 A Member may terminate this Agreement (i.e. cancel Membership) at any time by:

6.1.1 Calling us or emailing us on the telephone number listed on the Scheme website; or

6.1.2 By notifying us in writing at: VistaPrint Rewards, PO Box 587, Edgware, HA8 4DX

6.2 We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement (i.e. cancel Membership) at any time and for any reason. If we do this, we will re-credit to the relevant Member’s account any sum deducted by us from the Member’s credit card in respect of any period of Membership for which the Member has paid but which the Member will not benefit from because we have terminated this Agreement (pro rata if necessary in respect of time and payment). We will do this as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of termination. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered or otherwise.

6.3 Termination of this Agreement (and cancellation of Membership) will be effective within 1 business day (in London, UK) of the receipt by us of the Member’s cancellation request or our notice to the Member.

    6.4 On termination:

    6.4.1 If the termination is within the Trial Period (as to which please see paragraph 7.1 below), then no Membership Fees will have been payable and no Membership Fees will be payable by the Member;

6.4.2 If the termination is at any time after the Trial Period, then the Member will not owe any further Membership Fees other than what has already been payable (and the Member will not be entitled to refund of any past fees charged to the Member’s account).

    7. MEMBERSHIP FEES

7.1 A Member is entitled to a trial period (the “Trial Period”). A Member can cancel Membership at any time during the Trial Period and will owe us nothing.

7.2 After the Trial Period, a monthly Membership fee (i.e. the “Membership Fee”), payable in advance, will be automatically charged by a direct charge to the billing source authorised by the Member.

EDIT: Also found this on the thread you mentioned - hope this helps... http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=15655187#post15655187

Kaz...I had that before when we bought something off the telly (and yes we still use it!), they started charging us so Mr G called and said that we had never signed up to anything else and there was no mention of any membership. Then a couple of months later the £9.95 or whatever it was was refunded. Annoying though!

Well I'm finally back from shopping and finally have my Christmas pudding on to steam. I've managed to get stuff for my brother, my dad, a family friend and most of the children's presents. I just want to order a DVD each for them off Amazon, get them a few more craft bits and a selection pack and they're done! 3 hours traipsing around town though, by the end my back and legs were hurting and my fingers were swelling up so we gave up then.

    Now I need to:

Find chutney recipes and see if I'm too late to make any
Write shopping list so we can make a few mini Christmas puddings for presents
Take clothes off shelves in kitchen and put in labled boxes
    Load dishwasher
    Hang out washing

Mr G has just taken DS down to the green tip so I have about 30 minutes to do all of that!
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

God, sad state of affairs when MIL calls to say happy wedding anniversary and you think she's being talking about her own and being sarcastic as she didn't get a card from her ds  Anyway, caught up a little...

Descale & scrub down tiles in bathroom
Ebay - list 10 items (still not done)
Write letters x 3 (have actually written 4 but did filing & found a load more )
    Sort out window quotes
    Post parcel x 2
    Buy Dad's Xmas present
    Take in dry cleaning
    Book activities for next term
    choose Christmas tree
    book christmas shopping
    Buy batteries
    Pick up prescription

Hope everyone has a good evening whatever you end up doing!
