Juliejim Happy Birthday.
Boy am I glad this site has taught me to check off my statements, just spotted two transactions for £9.95 each grrrrrrrrrr both unauthorised.
Having rung up various people in relation to them, it seems that I bought something and 'agreed' to join a monthly subscription of £9.95 per month, as I bought some thing twice, it seems I have 2 subs per month (lucky me!!)
The company in question is not answering its phones today 'owing to a technical problem'
Managed to get my credit card company to take the 2 charges for December, but they say I have to pay November's, you wait till that company are taking calls, I have sent them a really snotty email.
I also did a forum search for said company and lo and behold it comes up with a large thread about others being caught out like me! I think I am going to forum search each company before I buy in future!
I want my £9.95 x 2 back it my money not theirs. grrrrrr
Sorry ladies as you were.
Can you say who the company is, I never check my statementsDFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

I've got my evening class tonight so don't have time to do anything else. Finding this thread really useful to keep up with chores. Otherwise I get distracted until there are no clean clothes or dishes in the entire house!"I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better." Paul Theroux0 -

ooooo just got to say it's almost Christmas
Radio Times is out, going to have a snoop through and then do some work before Pigpen notices
I got the week before Christmas one and there's not much in worth watching (well not stuff I'd be interested in anyway). I hope the Christmas and new year one has some better stuff in it.
