    Morning all and hugs as required.

    Quick post before I go and make a sandwich in the hope that I might bget a break today!

    Still hanging on with the dailies, and I did get the bathroom curtains washed, but probably won't get anything else done today. I should be at college at 7 in Pontypool, DD needs collecting from the station in Newport at 7, and DH is in bed with man flu! Think I'll be late for A & P tonight. Seriously, DH is not at all well. The last time he was off was when he fell off the top of his lorry because the safety post had rotted, the time before that was when he had a flu type virus and I know that will be 8 years in February because it was when DS became ill. :sad:
    It is DS nativity play and DS is normally a really confident about everything but he says he doesn't want to go to school today incase he forgets his lines.

    Hi lines are

    "I bring you Frankincense."

    Or, as I once heard:

    1st King " I bring you gold"

    2nd King "I bring you myrrh."

    3rd King "And Frank sent this!"

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Right, must dash. May be back later, but have a good day. x

    but.........if you dont eat enough your body starts to think there's a famine and so when you do eat it stores it all as fat to keep it going on the days when food might be in short supply - like a camel does with storing water for later use.
    so by not eating enough calories you can actually put on weight.
    hope that makes sense!
    toots xx
    ETA if you continually eat less than 1000 calories a day you will not lose weight - but you will lose muscle mass first!!! not good!!!!

    Yeah, I know. My problem is that I've been a yo-yo dieter for most of my life, which completely screws up your metabolism.

    In November I i***** DSs badges onto his sweater for Beavers, that's it, hint taken? I don't like it at all! Careful folding and drying is the way forward!

    I've got 11 badges to sew on DS's cubs uniform. He outgrew his other one. I've used bondaweb to stick them in place, but unfortunately it's not doing too well so I'm having to sew them on too. At least the bondaweb makes it a bit easier to hold them there while I'm sewing! Done 3, so only:rolleyes: 8 to go :eek:
