Huge thanks to OP for this, I picked up my order this morning, my order was

Ds lite Essentials Bundle £6
Tomy choo choo loop train £5
Hannah Montana karaoke microphone £10
Hannah Montana activty pad and pen £3.50
Hannah montana photocube £9
SubTotal £33.50
Total paid £17.54

The photocube was out of stock, but I was refunded £8.81, I have no idea why it was that ammount. so I ended up paying £8.73 not a bad shop I'd say and my daughter is going to be very happy,

im confused! placed order for £6.71, and got a despatch email, then i had an email saying there were some items out of stock but didnt say which and they would refund me £6.36, my full order is showing as despatched on the website but i havent had an email or phone call to say it is ready to collect.

so am i going to get my whole order for 36p or have they cancelled it and they owe me 36p?

I would call the store and see if the order is ready to collect.
