cash came out of my account as well, says thru tracker all picked and packed then get a email with the bull...

I also had the same problem with the order tracking - but despite that my big parcel arrived by courier about an hour ago. I had splashed out on the delivery charge to save me a long round trip to collect.
Everything was present and correct except for broken cellophane on the pain your own piggy and teddy set, although the contents are fine, so for less than £1 I won't bother complaining.0 -
Hi all, used to work in Wilko Plus call centre this time last year... their computer system is rubbish - the stocks never accurate and glitches all the time.. if order for a free store collection before 2pm it'll be there 2 days later at latest, after 2pm and it's 3 days at latest. The courier used for Home Delivery (when I was there) was very unreliable, so many phone calls about orders not recieved etc. But all in all, a bargainous shop and my staff discount was even better!!0
