    I placed an order yesterday to be delivered to my local store.

    - my order status is now showing as 'released for delivery' - not sure if this means I'll definately get it??

    - I also don't know when I'm supposed to go in and collect my items as there is no collection date showing on the order details :confused:

    Last time I placed an order for collection, the store rang me when it was available to collect :)

    My order has been dispatched too (for home delivery), i checked my card details, and have been charged as per offer.

    just checked my quidco account and my order has tracked at 10% - didn't think it was meant to be this high???

    Mine too. Should be 4% it says. Also noted it has entered my payment at £39 when i actually only paid £18**...i hope!!
