my lissi doll order has been cancelled and refunded to my acoount .
I got an email today saying they had refunded most of my order - didn't say what was not delivered etc - rang CS who advised me that it was the store that had highlighted when they received my delivery so god knows what the warehouse is doing as they've shipped it out with 3 items missing and not even bothered to let me or the store know. I had ordered the LIssi doll too and that's one of the out of stock items.A home is not a home ..... without a dog
