Many of these items in wilkos are reduced before they were ever put out on sale in any of the stores.

I can easily put a toy reduced at a £10.00 and say it was £20.00 before.Not legal but easily done.

It was a glitch.... we didnt pay the correct reduced prices, out of my order the cheapest bits I ordered I paid £1.XX for each of the following, a wooden ITNG puzzle, dora mini aquadraw, megablok truck, pack of 4 pooh playdoh.

I ordered the Lissi doll as well. I did collect a doll but It was not the one ordered, but for £4 it will do. A huge box!

I dont understand why they have honoured some peoples and not others

- i rang them and they just said some of the items were 'out of stock', that seems funny when they wern't when i ordered them!!! well unimpressed with Wilkos, they have lost a customer here. Wouldn't mind if they cancelled accross the board, but leaving some and cancelling others, well not cool. :mad::mad:

I know its frustrating if an item is cancelled from your order, but lets not forget this was a price glitch, usually the retailer just cancels everyones order and nobody gains. This error was so publicised on here and HUKD that it was probably more work to cancel than to let it go and send the orders.

Their stock check system needs to be sorted out so that orders can be supplied but I guess the orders were going through so quick its one of those things the system in place couldnt cope with, a member of staff did mention the stock checker is behind which would mean some orders were taken on stock that didnt exist.

I was lucky enough to get my whole order, but i didnt order an iteddy or a lissi doll which seems to be the ones that were not supplied.

Usually glitches are cancelled, I for one am well happy that they honoured this at all.

And i didnt order a doll or an iteddy, i got the grabber game, the pop-up pirates and the games compendium cancelled.
Plus, i wasnt greedy with it either, i only spend £11

Sorry my post wasnt aimed just at you.

So your whole order was cancelled? That does seem a bit unfair, looking at HUKD it seems they have cancelled some items that were still showing in stock then when complaints came in the items were removed. Some have been given alternative items in place of cancelled ones.

Did you order early? I wonder if the earlier placed orders seem to have been honoured and later ones cancelled.
