25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

My H took a call earlier to say my order was ready for collection. The only problem is I placed 2 orders and they didn't specify which one. Doh. Might give it another day or so otherwise I'll be trailing back and forth.0

Collected my small order today despite not having been phoned by the store. The SA there said not to trust the online tracking service as it lies
I like Wilko but have to agree that their website and online ordering experience have a lot of room for improvement.0 -

Got my order today, havent checked it yet as DD is about but delivery driver was excellent and had left it safe for me as I wasnt here.

I picked up my order(s) today. Was really pleased. I didn't have the Lissi doll which I ordered, but they put a megablocks thing in instead. Let's face it I can't complain not when I paid what I paid. Thank you Wilkinsons :beer:0
