My point being Gizmo, is that its the Weekend.. Ist that last night BBC1 showed live football!!!, and again tonight,!! that yes I can flick over to another channel which is free to watch, but I pay for the BBc, and if I dont, I go to jail...Why put it on the main channel when they have 3 others.. :rolleyes:

Thats why we have football matches, thats why we have sports channels, that why we have numerous tv channels about football, and thats why people should have a choice.................... ( did I say choice :eek: not last night and tonight.. , on BBC1 anyway)

Total up the total number of hours per week of soaps and football!

At least with the football they only show you highlights, not the whole weeks sodding episodes again in full!

And besides, what would you normally watch on a Sunday evening? Are you really into Songs of Praise and The Antiques roadshow? Thought not! :rolleyes:
