I phoned them up this morning because of a thread on here that i read that it was today.

She said nope, not today, but TOMORROW! BUT... not everything is half price. Things are UPTO half price.

But IMHO i recon that the xmas gifts, toys, general household etc will be 40% - 50% but the electricals like consoles, games etc will be max 10% off. Can't see them selling a Wii for under £100 somehow!

I'm up there for 9am tomorrow just incase though :o lol

Apparently some stores have withdrawn the high end products like consoles, phones etc :( but have been reliably informed if it's in store it will be half price so worth a look!

    Worth checking, just in case...

It may have just been an ill-informed or unscrupulous member of staff trying to get you to buy stuff at the higher prices?! Two other Woolies employees have confirmed it
