hi hun, it was fine on monday night, cold but fine underfoot another easy 2.5miles, swam on tuesday morning when it only started snowing and was still icy as hell underfoot on wednesday. runclub was cancelled but me and one of the girls i am friendly with, not runchum rachel, decided to try and go out around the town centre where it was much clearer rather than where club is... we only did 1.5miles, 20 mins, which was all we could manage but we figured it was better than nowt...
planning an early swim again tomorrow am, as G is taking Erin to school...

Hiya Maz - they said that the realised I was going through a very difficult time and would be as flexible as possible to support me because they know I'm genuine, and that if I possibly CAN be at work, I WILL be.
So I'm feeling a bit better knowing that they know that.
