You would be surprised...............his gigs usually sell out within half an hour, he has very loyal and obsessive fans:D .............and the bloody ticket touts know it:mad:

Right now he has a free ride with handmaidens waiting at his hands and feet. Pandering and appeasement has not worked.

Time to dash his expectations. No money in his account - you buy the phone. Every time he wants tobacco, point to the bottles. Keep them even if they're empty so you can point to them.

Oh he won't be getting the phone money that's for sure. But we have to put money in his account as he has a couple of DDs and no overdraft and needs diesel for work. He knows he's got the power over it all really and he has these little tantrums to prove that he's the big man, the breadwinner.

I would be competing if it was Glasgow and I would take one of my pals and pretend we were seventeen all over again... the reality would be it would be full of people my age pretending to be seventeen again a bit like the last Stranglers gig I went to... fun all the same though!

is there anyway these can be moved to your mum's account and that he only gets "pocket money" to deal with?

Most of them come from the account that me and my mum hold. But there's a few that he insists on being in control of, can't remember what they are apart from his mobile. And freaking Sentanta, oh yes, he subscribed to that a couple of months ago and didn't say, I caught him watching it on the PC  We already pay an extra £17 or something to Sky so he can have sports. I could slap him, I really could.

The issue is not him. The issue is why you feel responsible. Why you feel you must sacrifice your health and happiness just to make him feel important.

Which is what you are doing.
