Well we are not allowed to call the ppc what we bluntly think of them, but the debt collectors can only be described as lying cheating shysters, sorry the new rules don't cover them and their often illegal activities, they are fair game to be called scammers in general because in general they are!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

When contacted by the Highland News, Aspect Parking Solutions, which claims to be a member of the British Parking Association and displays the DVLA logo on its correspondence, said it would get back to us after consulting its “legal people” – but has not responded in any way.

Think that approved list are just the ones able to ask the dvla for RK details, my question would be, if they are not on the list how can they legally get the info about registered keepers ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors.
