in my experience having had 2.0 coupe and the EVO the evo definitely has more power .. well it does compared to my old 2.0 and it also looks nicer

as to the price well i guess thats a matter for u to decide if its worth that to u.. as i mentioned my evo is up for sale for a similar price and is 2 yrs younger then the one u are looking at ... my personal opinion on that basis is that its a little overpriced and if there are faults with it (i think u mentioned the backwiper and fogs??) then maybe more so

btw not just saying this cos i would rather sell u mine lol

    hope this helps some

  • Everything has now been sorted on the vehicle, so I'll be picking it up this weekend. I think one of the deciding factors was the technical report I had completed by DEKRA.

  • Thanks shykins, I'm already a member of those forums :)
  • Well, just to let all of you who gave me advice on this thread know that I went and bought the car over the weekend. I've driven it all the way back from Plymouth and am very impressed with it.

One last thing, does anyone know where I might get an owners manual for free?

I've checked ebay with no joy and I'm sure a hyundai dealer will be able to supply me at a cost.

  • My apologies for not getting back to you, I've been rather busy. Many thanks for your kind offer. Unfortunately I had already ordered a new one from a hyundai dealership otherwise I would certainly have accepted.

    Many thanks again :)
