its like Asda where about 8 women got pregnant from sitting on checkout 9 or whatever. No more posting on here for me!
 No thanks!! I'll have to stop posting here as i'm highly fertile as it is! I've not long had DD2 and we r out numbered as it is, no more babies :rotfl:
Well I didnt get anything done yesterday except buy OH the mock the week book using my £5 off wys £10 on any book in WHSmiths. Couldn't look in Woolies as it was sooo packed, i dont think ive ever seen in that busy! My double buggy wouldnt of fit anywhere:o

I have bought all my birthday/Christmas/etc presents through the year starting with the Boots sale in January! I have some put by for 2009 too but am not so good on the making money side so that will be my aim for 2009...
I have read both the organised Christmas and money neutral threads through the year and both have helped my alot... so thanks to everyone!saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
£60 deposit paid :j £100 paid:j £40 paid:j0 -
Lira2008 – welcome! The notebook really helps me as ive got a bad memory! The group here is great, one lady pointed out an offer for doing 50 reviews to get £50 amazon vouchers, something I’d never have noticed without the neutral thread. They arrived on Thursday and I was so happy!! Hopefully there will be a few more offers like that!
Shevs- how rude of the bosses to scrap the internet!! Work really does get in the way of MSE and shopping doesn’t it !!
Mum2one - its only polite to share the 100 mince pies with us all, shall I PM you my address??only joking but that is AMAZING! Well done you! I feel some gingerbreadmen may be getting made later on!! J I may treat myself to a gingerbreadman or two to congratulation my money neutralness!!
Furrypig - have fun choosing the tree!! With regards to Boots...I only buy stuff I would use. There was a glitch on some razors a few weeks ago, but i wouldn’t use them so there was no point. One thing that is good on the run up to xmas are the offer of the weeks. They are half price AND 342...so essentially 341. I’ve bought a fair few as they make good presents, they aren’t much more expensive than in the 75% sale AND you get a big whack of points with them. I’ve always bought the 3 and then kept as many as I want/need, and then my neighbour or auntie has had the remainders from me (at the price i paid)...but my bonus is the points so its worked out well for me this year...and they get a bargain and no hassle of ordering too!I haven’t been shopping in store much as i don’t have much time to go to the shops, it all depends on what you want/need really but it is hard to get into at first. Post1 or 2 has abbreviations in it!
Sammr85 - good luck with your jobs today!!
Bunbun - of course!! Welcome to the thread

I'm so boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooored.
That is all. And envious of all you people who get to do organised things, while I have a fridge full of sausage that will go bad before I get to the UK and its intended recipients.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Hey everyone.
Well it was inevitable. I have got the flu from the kids. After tiring myself out running about after the two grumpiest, whiniest toddlers in the world this is just the last thing I need! I have a fractured pelvis (SPD) and it aches so much because of the cold. My eyes won't stop running and when I cough it is like I have swallowed a conker.
Ahh well.. Get well soon.
I am going to sound really pathetic but I ache so much and my head hurts so I cant sit and type much. I am behind in my christmas journal and I am so miserableHave got my parents coming over tomorrow and I havent seen my mom for 5 weeks so we are going shopping together. Need to clean the whole house ready for them. Oh Joy.
Shevs.. I do actually have a sister who is 21. Are you 21?? My other sister (in law) is a dance teacher and studies dance at a London university. She does loads of dance competitions and stuff I wonder if you know her. She is ermm.. 19 i think.
Quidco Christmas Angels I shopped at HMV, Ebay,Game, Debenhams, Gamestation, Avon, Thorntons and a few others I can't remember. I was never going to be buying a new pc (in my dreams) or something from Saville Row so I guess that scuppered our chances!! Sorry I wasn't a crazy shopaholic x
The home Alone Boxset is 7.99 for Home Alone 1/2/3/4 on HMV.com. Don't forget Quidco.:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
I know a lot of people have said things that need answering and I'm sorry I haven't addressed you all personally. I hope you know I am thinking of you. I am so sad about chocolate.orange's son missing out, I can just imagine how that tugged on your heart strings the poor lad.
I am so pleased for the pregnancys (Nothing on telly in November??!!) It will be exciting to watch them progress and then join our family:)
Thank you for voting for me. Thank you for missing me. It means a lot to me when I am feeling sorry for myself!!
I used that Snapfish code for the mug and had an email yesterday. Max Spielman/Klick have gone into administration (isn't everyone?) and there is no promise they will have my mug (PANIC) so Snapfish will be sending it to my address instead (PANIC OVER):xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -

Please dont think there was ever any pressure, I was just trying to be tactical if possible - but darned saville co. scuppered that plan!!Have you looked at the resultson scrap apprentice lately? might be a good day to peep and cheer yourself up

Snapfish isn't in administration just a few of the companies that they promote/use. Apparentely, a lot of these companies are all owned by one big company so it was inevitable they would announce closure. I don't know.. I don't even watch the news LOL MKOne has gone as well.
Ahh well..:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0
