I Will have to ask my friend to take a picture of the pendant. I can't get a better picture of anything else because I gave them all away :( It was two glass slides with a collage of her daughters in, then I used a melt pot to create a solder around the edges. I cut some little wings and a crown from a text collage and put them on her daughters to finish it off.

If you go into the stationary section of asda they have the index files. That is where I got mine from :)

I got my snow globe from home bargains :D Mounted pics of my kids in the snow onto glitter paper. Used silver snowflake rub-ons on the outside and gems.

To make the candles, I stamped my design onto tissue paper and then held it carefully on the candle and applied a quick burst of hot air using my heatgun. It just melts right on and you can't see it at all. I then embellished with some sticky gems.

The christmas book was just a circle chipboard book. I put carefully glued chipboard letters onto pieces of wire so that they all stuck out from the pages to spell 'christmas countdown'.

  • Hiya everyone :hello:
Would have posted earlier but i've been busy and we've had five powercuts in four days!! Hope we get some kind of compensation as they have lasted for up to four hours!! It's a right pain when you can't wrap or do anything because the lights and every source of light cuts off so you are in total darkness and can't find your way because you have every thing surrounding you so your boxed in! Lol!
But still i am more organised than ever!! :j Here's my list:
Finish off the Xmas dec's(whilst having breaks on here, and drinking:D )
    Order off play.com
    Wrap presents (for OH family)
Buy presents (for OH family and my brother's OH)
    Buy presents (for OH)
Buy presents (for x2 hampers, grandad and uncle)
    Pay mum for Keaton's and Dad's presents(long story! )

I have 19 days to do it all! :j
    ..xx
I am only me, no pretences, no second guesses.. It's the best I can do, I'm sorry if that's not good enough for you... I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you :A

Bedrest sucks. I'm homicidally bored. I've been a raving b!!!h all day and finally sent my beloved away because his telling me he loved me was getting on my nerves.

He's gone out to buy ingredients for dinner. I'm horrible. Fortunately he realises that it isn't really my fault.

What can I do to amuse myself while stuck in bed with orders to remain horizontal?

The little girl banging the cr*p out of the thing at 1.35 in a pink jumper looks the double of me at that age.:rotfl:
It makes me laugh loads but it really does I have a pic of me in the same jumper

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

Shevs.. I do actually have a sister who is 21. Are you 21?? My other sister (in law) is a dance teacher and studies dance at a London university. She does loads of dance competitions and stuff I wonder if you know her. She is ermm.. 19 i think.

Yeah Mel I am 21!!!! OMG what type of dancing does your sil do??? I have done Irish Dancing since a baba got one last competition to go to (world champs woooo) then I am hanging up my dancing shoes and going to take my teaching exams. I did modern dance at school and college but my love was for irish dancing, my mum and dad are both from Ireland and me my bro and sis and her kids are the only english in the whole family, we get called plastic paddys lol.

Well today I gutted my mums kitchen, I moved the fridge and cleaned behind it, cleaned the fridge, freezer, oven, cleared out all the cupboards now it looks like it could be a show kitchen. So now I have done the bathroom, hall, cupboard of doom and kitchen, only the living room and the diningroom to do next saturday. I am not touching my parents bedroom or my brothers bedroom and my old bedroom is just the way I left it spick and span. I cleaned and dust that room to though
