I have been very passive to this site and this thread seems like the best place to start being active. :hello:
Well this year has been very tight and although i have done part of my money neutrals through ebay there is still lots of room for improvement! :o
Seen people tlking about quidco, where is it? I think i need to join as i do alot of shopping online.
Really need to be organised in 2009 as its going to be 'my year' for everything to get better so to start i have got DD's & DS's birthday presents sorted already for november 2009 (bargains at elc + codes from the threads) :j
So next is the note book idea i think, kids got me a filofax for christmas (its wrapped still) and so that will be filled with christmas 2009 to get me prepared and also other prezzie time too. Also been getting small childrens presents in sales when i see them for DD's parties (will have DS's too next year so better getting buying in the sales).

Anyway, thanks for the thread, look forward to being money neutral in 2009 - with your help!! :T
Good luck to everyone else too!:A
    Happy christmas:santa2:
    Hi Lira2008,

I am only me, no pretences, no second guesses.. It's the best I can do, I'm sorry if that's not good enough for you... I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you :A

Last day for the £20 Quidco today. I think they'll change the rules again next week as they still have £63k to give away so not too bothered but we seem to be doing quite well on the bottom row of the bingo card. I might be doing empire direct. I think Saville co. will be the problem! if the cashback ups next week we might do OK :D there is no way I'll be buying anything to complete the line just for the sake of £5. it is only a bargain if you need it and would hate anyone to spend more than they were going to so no pressure from our team :D (some of the other teams have been slating each other in the Quidclans :rotfl:for not spending enough!!)

Hi thanks for all the info Jamtart sorry I can't really do any more of the bottom row like you I don't think it is worth doing unless you really want something. I think it's a shame as we did really well on this card and I spent loads!!! But it was stuff I needed and I'm happy with it all.

    Good luyck for next time!

Thanks Jamtart, PML and choccy orange xxx

    Hi all

What a day ..christmas has been on hold today. Someone decided that DS car needed more ventilation  they put 2 bricks through the windows of it. The back window and the drivers window. So its been a day for attempting to get glass out of the car.Youngest DS had to have the day off school,so missed Christmas craft day and now because the windows are not fixed until late tomorrow. He has to miss a football match that he had free tickets for  .Over a thousand pounds of damage to his car. Some people are just so horrible.

Its been a sad day. Youngest DS (9)has declared that hes just had enough..
I need to try to get some Christmas magic back here.

Okay enough doom and gloom from me.

Off to drink some Christmas spirit

jammy i will have a look at that row later when i get a minute to sit down

    Hiya Chocolate Orange

i was really sad reading your message what a horrible thing to have happened. All these acts make you feel so violated it is awful to think that there are people capable of this out there.

I'm thinking of you and your family xxx

ooh dont apologise! I wouldn't ever want you to spend just for the thing. I can't do any more except empire direct :) I really think they will change it next week, and we have 11 stamps already so i have a feeling we'll do well with our current card anyway :)

Oh my god I was away from yesterday and you all went posting crazy. The bosses at my work have got rid of the internet completely and thats where I usually do all my posting when I should be working.

Sarah191979: Hi from freezing manchester, was gutted when I woke up thursday morning and the ''blizzard'' hadnt hit. only cos it ment I still had to go to work.

Pinkladymel: Iam getting a sneaky suspition that you are my sister in disguise, although my sis has 2 little boys, keep begging her to have a girl so I can be her dance teacher. And she is NBC mad, her spare room is nbc stuffed to the ceiling. she is really crafty and done a few scrapbooks that looked fab and so good at art. Yes I think from now on I will call you pinkladycat (not that your a cat thats just my sis's name lol).
How are you babys, hope they are feeling better. still voting for you

Sugaspun: Congratulations, stay in bed if you have to you need protect baby sugaspun. My word there are a lot of people pregnant on this board. Shall we do a bet on who is next to announce a new arrival lol

ChocolateOrange: Cant believe that happened, I have had my car a year now and two nights of having it some little scally's decided to key all the car on my parents road (still lived at home then) felt sick when I saw it in the morning. I tihnk now I was luck that that was all they did to it. I hope they catch the little bleeders. You cant have anything these days.

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

well done phunks! :D we can abandon ship together :) I managed to grab a 341 deal glitch on Boots.com earlier. 3 FCUK weekend bags for £13.70 - hope they honour it like the wonderful superdrug 341 glitch a few weeks ago. my house looks like a department store! I might actually not need to go shopping in the sales because I have so much stuff ye gods!
