Mel gets my vote too! I have no clue about craft and definitely have two left feet when it comes to a pair of scissors...I can't even draw a straight line with a ruler cos my thumb always gets in the way  . However I'd love to join in the Rudolph Club (to hijack an idea or two  ). I had a very crafty friend stay with me recently and she spent most of the time making cards etc - when we weren't going to Peterborough to a craft warehouse place for more materials, I swear they had to restock when we left - and would so love to surprise her with a hm card for her birthday/Christmas this year. Count me in please0

Rufusd!!!2 Put the slider down on your printer to envelope and when the warning comes up about it being on just tell the computer it is ok. This is what I do when it won't accept my glossy paper and it works a treat.
Thanks I will give that a try tomorrow as OH is working and I can get it all out without the threat of him coming in and seeing it.0 -
Hi everyone,
just seen this thread, can i join please.
I have already got quite a few Birthday and Christmas presents, and enough Christmas cards and wrapping paper.
Mel,i have just voted for you, your work is lovely.0 -
If you click on my layout picture on the creativity website it makes it HUGE and then you can see more detailing. I had swirl embossed the corners, there are acetate hearts on the title, hidden journalling to the left. Things look so rubbish when photographed and my flowers are all squashed!!
I just want to say thank you so much for voting for me.. argh. I didn't mean for you to go and vote honest. Throughout the month I get loads of people ask what my next work will be and I am dying to show it but I can't so I am ready to pop when it is finally on the website!
Furrypig 'I must admit i liked everyone elses work better this month'.. what's this supposed to mean!!!! I am just kidding BTW
I am laughing at all the non-crafty stories. A mess with glitter on top sounds brilliant to me.. just as long as there definitely is glitter on top!
For everyone who does not find crafting that enthralling.. don't worry the Rudolph Club is just a place to share our stories and organisation so we can get tips and ideas from each other. I don't want to turn this into a crafting thread and bore everyone LOL
I hope everyone is doing ok today. JordanShannon you are a sweetheart.. is it your birthday tomorrow?
Sarah I am glad you are feeling postive and getting on with things.. that has got to be a good start to the year rather then moping about. You are brilliant xx I am worried now incase my kids go back on a tuesday and i'm sending them in on a monday LOL
Rufus dog 52 (If I dont put spaces in your name it asterisks it out?!) I laughed at your comment about OH. Men do know everything about electricals you know!!
Gill How is the long term flu coming alongWhen do you have your first scan?

It just came to me as a fun idea..
I started a money tin last year in october to pay for christmas. I managed to save 60 pounds and we all went to Thomas Land. I would love to do this now and keep piling in as much money as I can without keeping tabs on it and really getting rid of that spare change so I don't pop into the garage and 'just have a twix' or 'that magazine won't hurt'...
Is there anyone else who is going to join me in starting a sealed tin and not keeping track of how much we put in. I thought it would be so cool to open them together in october on our thread birthday and see how much we have for Christmas:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
