On the good news front my boss treated the office to cakes at lunchtime. On the bad news front this train lark is still eating my change and so it's 10p for pots 1 and 3 and that's it today.

A really warm welcome to the thread starnac and ThunderCat it's great to meet you both. :D Enjoy yourselves here and have great fun saving. You'll find your numbers at the bottom of the list on post 2 of page 1. If you haven't already done so then read through posts 1 & 2 as it'll help you with any queries.

Hi sparky, are you taking it to the PC doc? Mine's not been too bad lately, though I guess I shouldn't have said that!

Good Heavens above LC 2, I'd long forgotten about pink custard, though I'm sure I only ever had it once and can't recall whether I liked it or not. We had bread and butter pudding a few weeks ago which our lad made! Delicious! :j

I was so sorry to hear about your little pal Greenbynature, it's always rotten to lose little ones we love so much, even worse to have them pts. Did that vet maybe see a healthy bill coming his way? I'd hope not, but.....! We lost our little one to cancer a couple of years ago, it took our Lab a really long time to get over it, bless her.

Hi there oopalah!! :wave:So good to see you back, especially having shifted even more debt now! Excellent news oops!

Hi there Hales, I saw you here! Great it was too!;)

Keep your gal at it Moneytree1, it's great to hear of young ones wanting to save, gets them in the habit for when they're older and so in need of cash at different times of the year. Are your young nephew & niece still saving hard stunty? I hope so.

Take care young Jess and try to stay well - but get better!

Have a great Tuesday all, looks like a wet one again!

Sue. New friends wishing to join us, please just ask below, I'll be with you ASAP.

Decided to get back onto the exercise regime last night and went for long walk, tried to turn it into a road-combing event (like beach combing only looking for road kill) but not a penny in sight, not even down by the station.

50p to share amongst the pots today, this really is a lean, mean month

                  1. Morning everyone and a big welcome to all the new sealed pot savers. I have not had any significant amounts go in my pot this week just the usual change out of my purse. I need to find another pot to start using because the I'm using now is full:jI'm can't wait for the 1st Dec to count it all up. Just been watching TWS and apparently there is talk of getting rid of the 1p:eek: and all I could think about was the effect that this will have on our sealed pots, plus everything that is £*.99p will go up by a 1p.

                    Shelley x
