snap moneytree,
I decided to have a clear out as i have had to take a few days off work cos my daughter has suspected swine flu.
I started one room at a time and when i got to the store cupboard (what i call the junk room), I very nearly walked away and gave up but i found £5.00 note in a very old handbag and 3.68 in change around the cupboard:D. Was amazed. Think next week I will try cleaning out under the stairs as there are lots of old coats etc in there and u never know. Pot is already getting heavy :beer:Discharged May 20100 -
Thanks every one , and for the person who asked my total weight lost, all together about a stone and a half in the last 4 months , but thats being up and down gaining , losing , because i havent been 100% commited , some times own fault , some not .. my friend who i have done it for has lost 2 stone in 3 months. SW very flexiable and good and id recommend it to anyone ,
my consultant texts me every morning which helps spur me on.
My kittens are a week old and I know in a 3weeks - 4weeks time ill be spending money on expensive kitten food and litter ect.. plus the one im keeping i am going to get injections ect for soon.. lol.

oopalah I feel exactly the same as you and wish I could have put all that interest in my pots! Still, that's life and far better to look forward to better times, and you'll get there soon enough! Meanwhile, all the best Shelly.
Sorry to have guessed correctly Greenbynature, though if he/she is anything like ours, they're always looking our for ways to make healthy profits! Rotten swines! I do hope your very perplexed friend will get better soon and come to realise, I think ours has now.
You've got another chance to push ahead and grab a sweeter and far more healthy life young Jess, go for it! With all the advice you have above as well as the help with SW and your friend you CAN make it. Go ahead and do it for YOU!:j

Morning all, I'm bit of a lurker on here but thought I'd pop my head in and say hello....my pot is filling nicely but mostly from DH, he goes to the shop every day for the paper/bag of maltesers so always seems to have change in his pocket and he's well trained now to leave all his coins out every day to go in the pot.
as for me....well I try and avoid the shop as much as possible so my purse is usually empty. I don't need much day to day other than milk and I pay for food shopping on my debit card so I'm a cashless consumer. I'm hoping to save enough to buy my Christmas food, no idea how much is in there so it'll be a lovely surprise.
Happy saving everyone:D0 -
