  • And thanks LC2 and Sparky. Mrs S2B has had some nice hugs and i cooked tea too. I've told her she's not worth it, but she still wants to know what she's done wrong. I've told her nothing, but she's one of those 'needs to know' people. Poor chick. I wouldnt mind, but when this girls useless ex was kicking off and stuff, we let her stay in the spare room every now and then and this is how she replays my beloved. Bloody cheek.

    Morning everyone.:hello:

Sparky, sorry I missed your birthday, but here's a cake I made specially for you. (It might be a bit stale now )!!:bdaycake: so I made you a fresh one.:bdaycake:

Well, its been a bit quiet here, just the usual going to work etc and its very quiet on the saving side of things.:o Debts are being paid, bills are being paid, and there is not a lot left over at the minute. This bl**dy credit crunch is getting annoying, just when you think things are getting better, hubby had his salary cut by 10% last January, and I had to take reduced hours at work. Like lots of other people I am sure, but don't they know that I have a pot to fill.!! and at the moment he is definitely on a diet.

Glad to hear everyone is okay and still saving, I do lurk but don't have the heart to post when I've got nothing to put in my pottie.:o

Anyway, onwards and upwards as they say. Have a great day everyone, and the sun is shining again here in Yorkshire.

This has indeed been a lean week for my little pot family, we hope to get back on better standing next week, but the train just swallows all my change! I need to get back to driving..... no news on that yet.

    So, it's a very basic 20p a pot today.

            :hello: Hi Elsie,

It's good to "see"you. Don't worry if you can't put any money in your pot we all understand. Just let us know you are safe and sound.

            Hi Stunty,
Us women are like that we all need to know why?? Its a woman thing . Don't worry she will soon realise this person is not worth the effort of worrying. Good job she has you.

            Hi Everybody,
Just off to the shops so might be able to put some change in my pot later.
